Just saw the initial lineup for Wakarusa '09.
Sooo pumped for Galactic and YMSB!!! Went to school in New Orleans so I had my fill of Galactic when I was there, but now I'm cravin!
Saw YMSB at Bear Creek and they absolutely killed it! Cant wait for another show from them!
Also pumped about the new location for Waka! Looks to be beautiful.
Anyone here going???? Who are yall looking forward to seeing?

Also lookin forward to seein Buckethead, Sly and Robbie!!!, fuckin Jimmy Herring Band!!!!, EOTO, BOOMBOX, Porter, Batiste, & Stoltz...... serisously..... this line up is killer!!!! -

I'm going to be seeing Galactic & JJ Grey/Mofro this weekend... stoked for that! I never get enough of Mofro.
But I have to say... my top pick is definitely Yonder Mountain!! I love, love, love them! It has been a looong time since I saw them play a festival, so Wakarusa will be awesome for sure!! -

There is a list of cities and venues at www.wakarusa.com/2009/tickets.asp , look under the full event box for box office locations. I see there are $99 tickets for people wanting to attend Fri - Sun.
